Call for Quotations

Project: Empowered Volunteers -> Active Youth (VOPS 28.2022)

Right To Smile Foundation is seeking quotations for the below services, in relation to its project ‘Empowered Volunteers -> Active Youth’.

The objective of this project is to continue developing the Right 2 Smile Youth Groups in Maltese communities. The project seeks to attract more youth, engage volunteers, and improve the services and management of the organisation through the improvement of practices and skills within the organisation.

Services required:

The production of a 3 – 5 mins promo video which will put a spotlight on the local projects of the organisation with the objective of recruiting youth and volunteers. Services requested:

  • Developing the idea of the video;
  • Coordinating the filming;
  • Shooting of video;
  • Editing and handing in of final product.

A person responsible to perform the necessary updates to the organisation’s website which will increase the engagement as well as visibility of Right 2 Smile. Services requested:

  • Updating of the website with all the current projects;
  • To create a section dedicated to Fundraising and another to Right 2 Smile partners;
  • To update the About us section, in order to give more detailed information about how the organisation works, and the people behind it;
  • Link KomUnita volunteers’ platform to the website;
  • Revamp the website in order to be more user-friendly, making sure that it is suitable for both desktop and mobile users;
  • The ideal applicant should be proficient in HTML, CSS, WordPress and PHP.

Graphic design. Services requested:

  • Creation of a uniform logo for all the youth groups, based on the organisation brand guideline;
  • Fine-tuning of templates for various Social media posts;
  • Create Logo/Brand Portfolio .

This project has been funded through the Voluntary Organisations Project Scheme managed by the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector.
