Right to Smile Foundation (R2S) is seeking to identify a person to be employed as an Administrator as part of the Invest Scheme programme.
The Administrator will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the local community projects. Right 2 Smile is a community service initiative aimed at engaging volunteers and encouraging them to participate in meaningful projects with youth in their community. The role of the Administrator is vital in ensuring the success of these initiatives and creating a positive impact on the community and strengthening the team of volunteers.
The responsibilities include the general administration of the projects, meaning managing staff and volunteers, managing project finances, overseeing the projects by making sure it is abiding to the specific timelines, filing of any receipts and documents related to the project.
The chosen candidate:
The chosen candidate preferably has previous experience in this kind of work. Experience in working within the NGOs sector, as well as within Right 2 Smile, will be considered an asset.
Hourly Rate: €10
